Shopping at The Grapevine is like nothing else! Customers tell us the store is like "a breath of fresh air". Many out-of-towners have told us that the shop reminds them of larger metropolitan style boutiques. It's our unique mix of items that interest our customers most. Being a "boutique owner" at The Grapevine can either "jump start" your new business or expand the marketing opportunities for your established business!
HOW TO LEASE A SPACE-
All vendors are required to make an appointment in order for the management to assess the quality, variety and minimal merchandise duplication of your inventory. You can either bring a few items in or photos for us to review, in
the case of furniture or larger art work.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS-
The Grapevine...a unique marketplace, retains 15% commission on all vendor sales and 30% on furniture & artwork consignment sales. Our sales close at the end of each month and vendor checks are issued on the 10th of the following month.
Presently we have floor spaces available. All spaces are 5X8 and rent for $75 a month.
Our retail spaces are leased for a 90 day period. We want our vendors to give their business ample opportunity to get maximum exposure with area shoppers and to be sure they are a "good fit" for the marketplace. After the initial 90 day period is up, we can offer a month-to-month rent. We only ask for a 30 day notice of your decision to vacate. The first month's rent and last month's security deposit is required with signing of initial 90 day lease.
